First time at the Oktoberfest Fest...that seems redundant but you know what I mean..and that is beer and more beer. This place is really huge with even a special area for the kiddies even though beer and tons of it plus kids really doesn't go together especially when the drunkies get a little wild but no worries plenty of nice people just enjoying the music, the beer and more beer plus don't forget to try the big pretzels and the lovely apple pancakes. Yum Yum

You won't find a more authentic Octoberfest anywhere else in South Florida. The property itself is pretty big with large permanent stages with shade structures and a large German hall. Bookmark their website, as they have different types of events all year. The property was designed to host outdoor festivals. I'll have to see what else they've got lined up this year. PROST!

will never be back again. I don't know how it is during non oktoberfest season but I just went there on Friday, it was a nightmare. Line to get in, line to get tickets for food and beer, the line for foot looked like it was one hour long. We were so hungry we just left and went to a bar nearby our house.

I went to the American-German Club this past Friday for their annual Oktoberfest. It was my first time going here and my first 'legit' Oktoberfest. The event was very well put together! I understand that Germans are known for their beer, but as a non-beer drinker, I wasn't all that impressed by the small-portioned low quality chardonnay that they had (this being the only white wine available). Luckily while waiting in line for food (which by the way, the brats were delicious!), my husband ventured off and found one stand that had cider available (score!). I had a great time and would definitely return next year!

Went to Oktoberfest bought tickets on Groupon ($13 for two and 2 beers included) which made it worthwhile. The atmosphere is very community oriented which is nice, would have liked to see more vendors at the entrance area with arts and crafts etc. there could only have been a handful. The main pavilion was pretty happening with corny entertainment and the beer stands were conveniently place around the perimeter. I wouldn't say that it was the most entertaining Oktoberfest ever but it did have atmosphere and it was funny to people watch. I feel it was lacking genuine German elements and was very culturally confused - they had a Scottish bagpipe troop doing a ton of entertainment, I really wanted to ask someone, why are they here??? Regardless they were very good, just not very German.

Love this place! Have been attending Oktoberfest since I was a kid (25+yrs) & I'm really happy to see that they're finally utilizing the space for more festival type events throughout the year. Beer fest was pretty cool. Hope that becomes an annual thing as well. Just please don't sell out to groupon again this October. It was waaaay overcrowded!

Attended Oktoberfest here in the past 2 years, and it was very enjoyable. Lots of singing and dancing, food, drink, and festivities. It would be more fun if no one had to drive back home, but we're working on that for next year!

This non-profit, all volunteer club welcomes EVERYONE. Check their Facebook page to find upcoming events - usually they have the biergarten open on Saturday nights. And don't forget the BEST Oktoberfest around! They really do an outstanding job on this traditional festival full of authentic German food, drinks and entertainment.
